The Berlitz School is happy to highlight the excellent progress shown by some of its former pupils who have moved on to positions of influence, in particular Arsène 'the Professor' Wenger, Carlo Ancelotti, Avram Grant and Roberto Mancini. However, the general opinion is that Alex Ferguson and Kenny Dalglish are not yet ready for prime time, not being intelligible to members of their own family let alone the general public without the presence of an interpreter or an Enigma machine on loan from Bletchley Park.
